MacGillivray's Warbler
Oporornis tolmiei
Synopsis: Nests in shrubs in montane forests throughout the state, and more sporadically in lowland forest and riparian areas. Most notable are the records from eastern Lake, southern Harney, southern Malheur, eastern Deschutes, eastern Jefferson, and northwestern Umatilla Counties, as well as from the immediate coast and from woods along the Willamette and Columbia Rivers.

Relative Detectability: Fairly easy to detect by sight and song, and to confirm breeding.

Challenge: Determine if this species breeds more widely than shown in northern Klamath and southwestern Deschutes Counties.
